WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
We do not offer a test service and verification of the shipment. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of the date of receipt.
Returned products must not bear traces of use and be labelled with an original label.
Orders placed until 4:30 p.m. on business days are processed on the same day. Those made after 16:30 and those on non-working days shall be processed on the first following working day.
Delivery to the customer takes 1-4 working days from the processing of the given order.
If the order is placed on Monday at 11.00 am – the shipment will be processed on the same day with expected delivery to the customer on Tuesday.
If it is made on Saturday at 15.00, the shipment will be processed on the first working day.
In exceptional cases, the above deadlines can be extended, and the customer will be informed by the store staff as soon as possible.

What time do couriers deliver?
Couriers deliver shipments on weekdays usually between 8.00 and 18.00. It all depends on the location, weather conditions and the forwarder.
Will the courier notify me before delivery?
In most cases, the courier will inform the recipient, but we cannot guarantee this – the courier has no such obligation.
How can I contact the courier?
The easiest way is to contact the courier company Speedy on the number: 1 7001 7001 and submit the number of the shipment (bill of lading).
