CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Under our current policies, you have the right to return a product you have purchased by opting out of the purchase contract or making a claim on goods. Detailed information on how and how to do so can be found in the following points.

3. Withdrawal of a contract for no reason
3.1 Under the legislation in force, you can and have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded on the Internet or by phone without giving a reason, within 14 days of delivery of the goods. In our company, every buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods. This also applies to purchases in our physical stores.
3.2 If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the above mentioned period. The best way to do this is to contact us on email@example.com or by calling 0800 333 000. +359 893 035 253.
3.3 In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund you the purchase price of the goods. In the event of withdrawal of a contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods, you are also entitled to reimbursement of the delivery costs in the amount corresponding to the cheapest delivery method offered. In the event of a later withdrawal from the contract, we will refund only the purchase price of the goods. The aforementioned funds shall be reimbursed immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. However, in accordance with the law, we can wait with the payment until you return the goods. For the refund, we will use the same payment funds that you used to pay the purchase price, unless we have agreed otherwise.
3.5 Please note that by law you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods that arises as a result of their use in a different way than necessary to familiarize yourself with their nature, properties and functionality (e.g. if you use perfume even after you have already tried it). Please also note that you may not withdraw from the contract if the goods are manufactured according to your requirements or customized (e.g. personalised engraving packaging) and in the case of goods that you have removed from their packaging and which cannot be put back in the package for hygiene reasons (e.g. open cosmetic products and other goods, contact with your skin). The seller warns that the contract for the gift or environmental packaging service cannot be terminated when the goods are already packaged and therefore the service is already provided (if the customer chooses for his order the gift or environmental packaging service, the seller provides this service immediately after placing the order).
4.1 In cases where upon delivery it is established that there is a defect in the goods, we can agree on compensation in the form of a voucher. You will also have the right to request rectified defect in the form of a new delivery or repair. In case rectification of the defect is impossible or unjustified for us, you will have the right to request a discount on the purchase price, and if the defect is material, you have the right to opt out of the purchase contract. You also have these rights in case such a defect manifests itself later.
4.2 We will be liable for defects in the goods if they occur within two years of delivery or before the expiry date indicated on the package.
4.3 Goods are considered defective when they do not have the usual or presented properties, do not fulfil their intended purpose, do not meet the legal requirements or are not delivered in the agreed quantity. Please note that increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot in itself be considered a defect of the goods. Similarly, the disadvantages in gifts and other free extras we provide in addition to your order are not considered a defect. Photos of the products in our e-shop are only illustrative and do not constitute a binding description of the properties of the products (for example, the packaging may differ due to a change made by the manufacturer).

Please send us the goods subject to the claim to MUSTAF Ltd. Ruse, 100 000 000 Commercial 2, together with a completed return form, which can be found here. Please be sure to indicate what the defect you have identified or how it manifests itself, as well as your requirement regarding how to resolve your claim.
4.5 We will inform you of the progress of your claim, in particular its receipt, approval or rejection, by e-mail or text message. We can also contact you by phone.
4.6 The handling of the complaint, including the removal of the defect, will usually not exceed 30 days. Otherwise, you have the right to opt out of the purchase contract. You need to provide us with the necessary assistance to meet the above deadline.
4.7 In case of a reasoned claim, we will bear the costs associated with the return of the goods.
